Las tarjetas tienen un período de validez ilimitado y no están sujetas a importes mínimos de compra. No es posible canjear la tarjeta por dinero en efectivo. Tampoco es posible el reembolso de la misma en caso de pérdida o daños. En caso de devolución o cancelación de un pedido que se pagó íntegramente con una tarjeta regalo, transferiremos el importe íntegro del mismo al saldo de tu cuenta de usuario ("Mi saldo y mis tarjetas regalo"). Los códigos no pueden canjearse una vez finalizado el pedido. Las tarjetas están excluidas de cualquier cambio o devolución.
