Alla carta regalo è associato un codice che può essere utilizzato per acquistare titoli di viaggio di Trenitalia (biglietti di corsa semplice, abbonamenti, carnet ecc.) dei treni del servizio nazionale, regionale ed internazionale sui principali canali di vendita di Trenitalia (ad esclusione dell’ app Trenitalia). In fase di pagamento devono essere inserite tutte le 19 cifre (zero compresi), facendo attenzione alle maiuscole e/o minuscole. La carta non è nominativa.
Il credito è scalabile (è possibile utilizzarlo più volte fino ad esaurimento) e valido 10 anni dal momento dell’emissione/acquisto ed è utilizzabile in associazione ad altre modalità di pagamento (es. contanti; carta di credito ecc.)
La carta regalo non è vendibile e non è convertibile in denaro. In caso di furto o smarrimento non è previsto il rilascio/recupero del codice. Il biglietto acquistato utilizzando una carta regalo segue le regole dei secondi contatti previste per la tipologia di biglietto prescelta. Il cliente mantiene il diritto ad usufruire dell’importo pagato con la carta anche in caso di secondi contatti (cambi, rimborso e accesso ad altro treno).
Si specifica che in caso di rimborso, l’importo spettante (al netto di eventuali trattenute) verrà riaccreditato automaticamente dal sistema sulla carta regalo/credito elettronico utilizzata originariamente.
