1.    Zalando gift cards are issued by Zalando Payments GmbH, an electronic money institution authorized in Germany. However, Zalando gift cards are not electronic money but rather unregulated stored value.

2.    Zalando gift cards can be redeemed on  https://www.zalando.pt/faq/Vouchers/what-can-i-use-my-gift-card-for.html  and in the Zalando app for the purchase of eligible products offered by Zalando SE or other sellers (Zalando Partners). More details here. A Zalando gift card cannot be used to purchase another Zalando gift card.

3.    Zalando gift cards are valid for a limited period of 5 years from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded in case of loss or damage.

4.    Zalando gift cards are limited to a maximum value of €200 per card and €200 per purchase. Multiple Zalando gift cards can be used in a single purchase, up to a maximum amount of €200. Any remaining balance on your Zalando gift cards can be used for future purchases. In a calendar month, a maximum of €5,000 in gift cards can be redeemed. The maximum value of gift cards that can be linked to your customer account per calendar month is limited to €5,000.

5.    Zalando gift cards are usually activated within 24 hours after purchase.

6.    Zalando gift cards can only be used before placing the order and not retroactively.

7.    If you cancel your order or return products purchased using a Zalando gift card, the amount paid will be refunded to your Zalando gift card and will be available for future purchases.
